Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy, starting from the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to our warehouse for a refund within 30 days, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Requirements for a Full Refund

Items must be in new and unused condition.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Items must be shipped back fully insured with a trackable method at your expense.
Items must not be assembled, modified, or damaged in any way.
Items must include a Return Authorization Number provided by VillaFurniq.

Fees and Deductions

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping fees.
Return shipping cost is estimated at $2.25 per pound, which will be deducted from your refund if:
- You request VillaFurniq to pick up your return.
- You refuse delivery without prior consent.
- You refuse an entire shipment due to partial damage.
- The delivery address provided was invalid.
- You cancel your order after the cancellation window has passed.
- The item does not fit inside your home or doorway.
- You return only part of an order purchased with a package discount (the discount will be void).
If parts or accessories are missing, additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
Remote delivery locations may incur additional return charges.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Special Order.”
Items that have already been assembled, unless written exception is provided.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You may initiate a return online, by phone, or via live chat with our customer service team.

Tips to Avoid a Return

Please measure your space and doorways before placing your order. If the item does not fit, the delivery team may only be able to leave it outside, in a garage, or on a porch.
If your item arrives with minor cosmetic shipping damage, don’t worry we can replace the damaged parts without requiring a full return.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any fees.
Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus $2.25 per pound return shipping fee.
If you cancel or return only part of a discounted package, the package discount will be forfeited.
Orders containing backordered items that you agree to wait for will be considered a “Special Order” and cannot be canceled.
Once canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Please retain this as proof of cancellation.

Delivery Policy

Normal delivery hours: 8 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

An adult must be present to accept and sign for delivery.
All deliveries are fully insured until arrival at your home.
Inspect all items at the time of delivery. Any damages must be noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading.
You must take photos of any damage as proof.
Delivery insurance only covers damages noted on the receipt.

All items must be accepted and signed for, even if damaged, unless directed otherwise by VillaFurniq. We will resolve the issue by repair, replacement, or refund.

Protect your floors and walls before delivery, as VillaFurniq and carriers are not liable for property damage.
Missed delivery appointments may result in a $0.75 per pound re-delivery fee.
Rescheduling deliveries must be requested at least 2 days in advance.
Our delivery team cannot remove old furniture.
A storage fee of $50 per piece per month will apply for items stored longer than 30 days.
